A message from Scott Free about the Art Show

I have been put in charge of the art show. The latest plan has grown to a large scale festival with the entire community being able to showcase there artwork and craftwork. Our intent is to showcase the local indegenous culture and help with 200 local school children. The 200 students are to be treated to a art experience with which they can keep the art supplies that are supplied by us. I plan on bringing 200 sets of markers so each child can walk away with something. I need each of you to commit to purchasing the drawing that each student produces, the drawing to be colored in is a copy of the original flyer we handed out at the last cmwc in japan. Each child will color in the drawing and sell for a minimum of 5 dollars. All the money will go into that childs pocket. I am also bringing shoes to give to the children, pairs of shoes are easy to bring and we all have some we no longer need. These things go a long way to someone living in poverty. If you could help by bringing some markers let me know, the weight of 200 sets of markers may put me over the weight limit allowed by the airlines. So if anyone wants to help with this please email me. We have a unique opportunity to help the people of lake Attitlan, so please bring a pair of shoes. Our children have the luxury of owning many pairs of shoes that are quickly outgrown, please bring a pair or two or ten to give to these students . And most importantly please commit to purchasing a unique artwork from one of these students, five bucks goes a long way to the people of this area, I would love for each of these kids to walk home with money they earned to help with their family's expenses. Please email me with any questions, ridefast5@yahoo.com Thanks Scott Free
