so we've been really busy. really really busy.
so of course, we took a couple of days off.

But, we do have it all covered. Really.

waiting on housing assignments?
many of you have gotten assignments, even invoices. some of you are still waiting on roommates, or final assignments. we have plenty of housing, its just taking us a day or 2 to go through it all. we're about 75% through. if you have gotten a housing assignment requesting a yes, please answer it. if youve gotten an invoice, please pay it. if youve gotten nothing, its because im still moving through all the 200+ emails. or you havent emailed me your dates yet.

sent me your flight info for a shuttle? with a seperate subject line?
you should have gotten back a specific email saying we'll pick you up with a cmwc sign, confirming your day and time. if you didnt get this specific email yet, it is most likely because you didnt use a seperate subject line and its burried in my housing email. send it again with a seperate subject line! dont you want me to come pick you up at the airport?

if you sent me an email at dcbikeracing.com and got a "bounce"
message,  oops. resend it to me. shawnbega@gmail.com is my most reliable, and im using it exclusively now. i still have the other emails that didnt bounce.

can you  volunteer to help do chekpoints, run events, cook? email volunteers through the website. if your already signed up as a volunteer, valerie will be contacting you shortly if she hasnt already.
